Hello people, welcome to Ammuze, the new “I just wand to browse” blog on the internet! I hope you enjoy your stay here and tell your friends about our existence!
Our first post will be dedicated to the fans of the good old 16-bit games. Some of the fans of Super Mario World might have tried to print a screen of some emulator and save it as a wallpaper on your fancy new computer, but the pixels of the image made it not that attractive as imagined.

Well, our friends of LifeHacker must have found a solution for your problems! A guy named Orioto, created some fantastic remakes of some of our old 16 bit classics. We’re talking about amazing pieces of art from classic games like Super Mario World, Yoshi Island, Mickey e Donald, Mega Man, Zelda (and so on)… But beware, some images have to be edited to fit your screen resolution, which you may easily achieve with well known Adobe Photoshop or the killer open source image editor Gimp.
Well, go and check Orioto’s gallery at DeviantArtout and tell us what you thought! We wish you a nostalgic travel back in time!
